Simply send over an email and try to include as much detail as possible, including which package/s you are interested in. If you're not sure how long you want us to be there for, no worries just let us know and we can go from there. Storm will then call you for a quick chat and shortly after will put together a personalised pricing and package guide for you. 







We will then organise a catch up, in person or over video chat. During our catch up you can get a feel for what it will be like working together and decide if you would like to proceed with the booking. There is zero obligation to book during our catch up, so no presh! We want you to feel comfortable and confident in your booking and this is why we recommend a meet up so we can hash out all the details. We book out pretty far in advance so it is best to get in touch sooner then later, to avoid disappointment.

Once you're happy with all the details we will send through your invoice and contract. We require a 25% deposit to lock in your date and the remaining balance can be paid closer to the date of the wedding. We like to keep in touch before the big day, so keep us updated with any changes. If you would like any vendor recommendations we have a long list of people who we love working with and do amazing work in this industry.

We love to travel! Let us know if you are planning a destination wedding for more details. Additional costs may include, flights, accommodation and car hire.

DO YOU CHARGE FOR TRAVEL?

Getting married 100km+ out of Melbourne or Perth? A small additional travel fee may be charged to cover travel. Accommodation will need to be provided if over 2+ hours outside of Melbourne or Perth.

DO YOU SHOOT INTERSTATE?

YES! We jump at the chance to explore our own backyard! Let us know if you are planning an interstate wedding for more details. Additional costs may include, flights, accommodation and car hire.

CAN WE MEET YOU BEFORE WE BOOK?

Yes please! It's really important that we are a good fit for one another. The best way to do this is to meet in person or via Skype. Plus we love an excuse to get out of the office and grab a coffee or beer!

HOW WILL WE RECEIVE OUR PHOTOS?

You’ll receive a small selection of sneaky peaks a couple of days after your wedding. Then 8-12 weeks later you will receive an online gallery which you can share with your loved ones instantly. A few days later you will receive a Package from us.

8-12 weeks later you will receive an online link where you can instantly download your highlight or feature film and share with loved ones. A few days later you will receive a beautiful package in the mail with a USB with all your videos and a lil something something!

WHAT IS YOUR DELIVERY TIME?

It will take 8-12 weeks to receive your package. We put a lot of love and care into every wedding we are apart of and the final product takes time.
